As part of Sephora Canada’s Life at Sephora initiative, I created employer brand content tailored specifically for the Quebec market. The campaign was designed to amplify Sephora’s employee value proposition, celebrating diversity and inclusion while highlighting the vibrant work culture in Sephora stores across the Québec region.

The goal was to produce content that would resonate emotionally with potential hires and reinforce Sephora’s reputation as an inclusive and empowering workplace. This initiative supported Sephora’s efforts to attract top talent and showcase its dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
